Touring & Camping at Brynawelon

Licenced for 40 pitches, Brynawelon Touring Park caters for caravans, motorhomes, campervans, trailer tents and tents, all pitches have the luxury of a 16 amp electric hook-up, if required.

Access To Brynawelon

Being conveniently located only 650 yrds from the main A487 coastal road access to Brynawelon is very good. Our splayed entrance and wide gateway allows for most types of unit to enter the site including Fifth Wheelers, RVs and most large motorhomes (max length 28ft).

Our TV reception is excellent having a direct line of site with the main digital mast, and mobile phone signals including Orange, Vodafone, & most major network providers is excellent.

A number of pitches are fully serviced with hardstanding, water point and grey water disposal on pitch. These pitches are most suited to caravans, motorhomes, 5th Wheelers, Small RVs and trailer tents.  All Fully Serviced Pitches are 33ft x 27.5ft (10m x 8.5m) with a Hardstanding area of 20ft x 15ft (6m x 4.5m) giving ample room for Unit + Awning + Car.

Weather, TV Reception & Mobile Signal

Many pitches have the benefit of sea views or in the opposite direction the rural landscape of the Preselli Hills. The Welsh Translation of BRYNAWELON is "Hill Of Breezes", as there is no protection between the site, the mountains and the sea and thus we can experience wind during the shoulder months.

Chemical Disposal & Motorhome Waste - Located next to the amenity building is our Chemical Disposal Point (CDP), Motorhome Green Waste Point & Recycling Facility. We are able to recycle, paper, plastic, cans & glass and encourage customers to do so.

The tenting area is located on a level, well draining site, tent pitches are grass or all weather pitches (AWPs) tent pitches are 33ft x 26ft (10m x 8m), with All Weather Pitches having a small rounded pea shingle gravel area of 8mtrs by 6mtrs with grass surround a real bonus on wet days. For our AWPs we recommend you bring an additional groundsheet for extra comfort underfoot and metal pegs.

Super Size Pitches

We have a couple of pitches on which we are able to take supersize tents, book early as these tend to go very quickly.

Pitches are allocated at the time of booking, our tent pitches are clearly marked but also bounderd, we regret that due to the lack of land space available we are unable to take spider/pod type tents, please be aware you will be asked the size/type of tent at the time of booking.
