TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
Brynawelon Touring Park is a family park catering for touring caravans/trailer tents/tents/motor caravans. Our guests’ enjoyment and safety is paramount and therefore we ask you to read the following Terms and Conditions before making your booking. Please complete and sign the booking form fully and return it to us with payment for the non refundable deposit required.

This Contract
This contract is with Brynawelon Touring Park. A contract exists as soon as we have issued a reference number, please ensure you have given us all details of your stay at the time of booking. Please inform us of any discrepancy within 7 days unless your holiday is to start within 14 days in which case you should inform us within 24 hours. The terms contained in this contract do not affect your statutory rights.

The Price of the Holiday 
Once you have made your booking, a reference number will be allocated, a non refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost of your stay will be required, the price of the holiday will not be subject to any change unless the rate of VAT changes. You agree to pay a minimum nightly rate of £10 and bank holiday weekends attract a minimum 3 night booking. The balance of the price of your holiday must be paid on arrival at the site, we are only able to take cash or cheque payments onsite, before you are shown to your allocated pitch.

50% Deposits
Your booking will be secured on receipt of your 50% deposit. This can be paid in one of the following ways:

Postal Order
Cheque:  cheques should be made payable to ‘Brynawelon Touring Park’
PayPal Invoice: This includes Paypal Payment, Credit or Debit Card payment, due to the handling charges a £3.00 fee will be added to your deposit, a valid email address is required for us to invoice for the deposit

Cancellation of the Holiday by you
You may cancel your holiday at any time. Cancellation will be effective on the date it is received by us. Please be aware that any deposit paid is non-refundable.

Change or cancellation of the Holiday by us
If we are unable to provide the booked holiday and have had to cancel before the holiday is due to start, you are entitled to a full refund of the money you have paid. Except where the cancellation or change arises from an unforeseeable or unusual occurrence outside our control. Unforeseeable or unusual occurrences beyond our control include but are not limited to war, threat of war, riot, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster and fire.

Camping Pitches & All Weather Pitches
Our maximum pitch size is 10 metres by 8 metres and is to include your unit, car, windbreak etc. Our pitches are bounderd, therefore it is important that the size of your unit, including any tents, trailers, additional vehicles including visitors to your unit, must be stipulated at the time of booking to ensure that the allocated pitch is large enough. Spider/pod type tents are unsuitable for our pitch layout. Should you subsequently alter your requirements we cannot guarantee to provide an appropriately sized pitch.

All weather pitches are 10mtrs by 8 mtrs, with a rounded gravel base of 8mtrs by 6mtrs. If you are a longer term stay eg: over 4 nights you may be allocated an all weather pitch. We advise you bring an additional groundsheet for extra comfort underfoot and longer pegs approx 9 inches.

Awnings – due to the nature of the site we allow full awnings at a maximum size of 8.4ft in width - we are unable to accomodate over this dimension on any of our pitches, we suggest that storm straps are used with all awnings. Gazebos – are not permitted

Arrival & Departure
Please advise us if you are likely to arrive later than 8.00pm. If we have not heard from you before or on your day of arrival we reserve the right to re-let your pitch, without recompense. All pitches must be vacated by 12 noon on the day of your departure otherwise an additional night’s pitch fee will be charged & are available from 1pm. It must be clearly understood that acceptance of a booking is not conditional on the allocation of a particular pitch. Your pitch number and directions to it will be confirmed on arrival. If you are in any doubt whether you are on the right pitch please check with a member of staff. Any guest on the wrong pitch may be required to move.

Groups & Rallies
We DO NOT accept bookings from groups unless booked through a recognised organisation or association. We are strictly a family & Adult couples, over 21 years, site only. We DO NOT allow young or single sex groups. Where possible family groups will be assigned pitches adjacent to one another.

General
We expect you to familiarise yourselves and comply with the terms of our site licence and park rules, which are displayed in the park reception and to follow the usual customs of good camping and caravanning.
