Year 2010
All Weather Pitches
As Brynawelon can be subject to rain (liquid sun in Wales!) we have installed 5 All Weather pitches. These pitches are the same overall size as all other pitches 10mtrs by 8 mtrs but have an area of 8mtrs by 6 mtrs of small rounded gravel, suitable for taking all types of unit including tents. This addition makes your camping experience much more pleasurable even on the wettest of days, and what's more you'll not be charged extra for them! We advised you bring an additional groundsheet for additional comfort underfoot and some extra long pegs approx 9" makes for easier pitching.
Year 2009
New Play Equipment
As the play equipment installed in 2006 had begun to fail, the owners of Bynawelon took the decision to install a new climb around climing frame. This climber is suited to all ages and abilities and has certaily been a hit with the children.
WIFI
In response to customer requests Brynawelon has had high speed internet access installed for it's guests. The WIFI capabilities extend across the entire park. Provided by Caraweb.
Year 2007/2008
This year has seen the installation of a new block to accomodate the games room and sauna, orginally installed in 2006 the sauna has been relocated into the new block.
With the sauna relocated the new campers kitchen, dishwash & laudry area was installed
