Accessibility

Brynawelon Touring & Camping Park is approximately 9 miles North of Cardigan on the A487. Signposted to your right in the village of Sarnau towards Rhylewis and approximately 650 yards along the lane on the left is our main entrance. Through the gateway where the road surface is of stone chipping construction.

The Park

The Park is sited on 2 level fields through a second entrance gate and is divided by a centre hedge bank, all park roadways are of stone chipping construction. Through this second gate and immediately to your right is the childrens playpark, accessed through a fenced and gated area. There are no designated car parks however there is level space at the entrance and in front of the toilet block to park cars. Pitches are mixed, some are grass, some have hardstanding area constructed of stone Chipping's, all pitches are level and access to pitches is via grass.

Amenity Building
There is one toilet block onsite, which is accessed via decking. A ramp from the stone chipping roadway is located at the side of the amenity building, a set of 4 steps access the decking from the front of the building. There is a 2" step to both the men's and ladies toilet and shower area. A family room is provided which incoporates a baby change, height adjustable shower, raised toilet and low level wash hand basin with full doc M pack.

Reception

Through the main gate is located a log cabin reception, a bell is provided to attract attention in the porchway to the reception building. Access to the reception is provided by means of a ramp. There is a 2 inch step to gain access through the doors of the reception building.

The men's area has 3 showers, which have a 3 " step into the shower tray, 4 wash hand basins and 3 toilets. 2 Individual cubicles are provided within this area which incoporate a toilet, wash hand basin and shower cubicle.

The ladies area has 4 showers, which have a 3 " step to the shower tray, 4 wash hand basins and 4 toilets. 2 Individual cubicles are provided within this area which incorporate a toilet, wash hand basin and shower cubicle. The elsan, wastewater and freshwater points are located outside with taps typically being at waist height.

Dishwash and Laundry Room

The dishwash and laundry room is accessed via ramp and over a 2" step, through double doors. Directly opposite the double door are two wash up sinks, to the right is a washing machine, spin dryer and tumble dryer and on the return to the door is a waist height worktop, underneath is a fridge and freezer. On the worktop is a microwave, toaster, and kettle.

The Play Park and TV Room

The playpark located to the east of the park is accessed through an small gate, a children climb around and adventure fort is central to the enclosure. The surfacing is grass and playbark construction. The games/tv room is accessed off a level gravelled roadway with a ramped access through double doors, a car can be driven directly to the room if necessary.

The park is not served directly by public transport nor public footpath, the nearest bus stop is situated in Sarnau, approx 700 yrds away down a lane with no public footpath. The park does not have shop facilities, the nearest being:- approximately 1 mile away in the village of Sarnau, or Brynhoffnant 1 mile away.
